I’m Chika, a local born and raised in Southern Thailand.I grew up surrounded by the flavors, ingredients, and traditional wisdom of this land. Learning that food is not only about what we eat, but about how we care for one another.For more than 10 years, I’ve carried that feeling into my cooking, blending local ingredients and old traditions with the flavors and experiences I’ve gathered along my journey.At the heart of everything I create is something very simple: the warmth of home.Through Green Heart Home, I want to share the food, generosity, and sense of belonging I grew up with while creating experiences that feel soulful, nourishing, and deeply connected to this island.Come as a guest.
